Nice Sequel

I bought this book after having read the first book in this series. It is a short story and takes place at the same Holiday Ball as Book #1.
Gunner is a wolf shifter, the pack enforcer, and brother to the pack Alpha. After hunting down and killing a rogue wolf (and nearly losing his life in the process), he returns as a changed man. He becomes quiet and reserved, and even though he has healed physically, his inner wolf has remained dormant.
When Gunnar meets a 'Peace Pixie' at the ball, something about her calls to him...and his wolf...and he realizes he has found his mate.
There were a few typos to contend with in this book, and once or twice the author switched the names of the characters. It was confusing, and I had to go back and re-read the previous paragraph before I realized it was just a mistake. All things considered, I did enjoy the story and would recommend this book. However, some parts of the aggressive wolf mating process are rather graphic, and some readers might find this type of material offensive. Those readers would be better served by bypassing this series.

HOTTEST cover ever!

This is a short erotic story, second in the series and just as good if not better than the first story. Recommended readers, 18 and older.
I gave this 5 stars because I love a good erotic romance with wonderful characters and a happily ever after ending.
The main characters are Gunner and Autumn. Gunner has had some recent physical and emotional trauma. Autumn is a peace pixie and just the perfect mate for Gunner. I just love an alpha male with a kind heart. Their story is straight forward - find your mate, claim her and never let her go and of course, it wouldn't be an erotic story without some great sex scenes too!
I look forward to the next story in the series and I must say one of the HOTTEST covers ever!

Fix the grammar

This is another panty melting book from Marie Mason. It has great characters and super hot sex; I needed some ice water while I read it. However, it is in desperate need of proofreading . I volunteer for the job because the story is so amazing, but the grammar and editing mistakes are so distracting!! PLEASE Ms. Mason, clean this up. As a twenty-plus year veteran English teacher I will do the proofing for free.
